Sai Palkhi Yatra 2026
Organized by the Shirdi Sai Baba Temples of East Ham and Leytonstone, Sai Palkhi Yatra is described as Europe’s largest Shirdi Sai Baba Palkhi Yatra and the United Kingdom’s largest gathering of Sai devotees.
The event forms the culmination of a 9-day spiritual festival dedicated to Shirdi Sai Baba. Throughout the festival, devotees participate in prayers, bhajans, devotional programs, and spiritual activities celebrating Sai Baba’s teachings of faith, patience, love, and service.
The ninth and final day features the Grand Golden Palkhi Yatra, the highlight of the festival. Thousands of devotees join together in a sacred procession carrying Sai Baba’s Golden Palkhi from the East Ham Temple to Plashet Park, creating a vibrant display of devotion, unity, and community spirit.
