Temple Fund FAQ
Both East Ham and Forest Gate temples are on LEASE and it will expire in few years.
We aspire for the freehold of a temple and save huge rental fees.
Priority is we want to buy one of them at least. But negotiations with landlords ARE NOT possible now without the funds. If it’s not possible to buy either one, then we plan to buy a bigger place somewhere in East London.
Either existing East Ham or Forest Gate temples. If these locations are not available for freehold, then we need to look for a new location which we don’t know yet. Nothing can be decided until sufficient funds are raised.
We are looking to raise at least 50% for an estimated £1.44 million property. Therefore, we need a minimum £720,000.00 through contributions. We are hoping for the remaining funds to be raised through bank mortgages.
We are hoping to raise enough funds by end of 2022. We are hoping a freehold temple will be ready by 2023.
- Through general contributions
- Also, by special Temple’s Package
Any amount is welcome from £0.01, £1, £10 or £10,000.00 to what you can donate.
However, you need to make a minimum contribution of £1,440 or more if you want to participate and benefit from our Temple’s package.
